How it works in 3 simple steps:
STEP 1. Go to a 'Personalise your angel' product page and place an order. Make a note of your order confirmation number.
STEP 2. Email us at shopheyhihalo@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order confirmation number which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail
- A photo of a person you want to turn into an angel (good quality, head to toes)
- Any special requirements, additional accessories, embroidering requests etc.
STEP 3. Once we confirmed all the details with you, sit back, relax and wait for your angel to arrive

Q. I can't find my order confirmation number / order confirmation number?
A. Please check your Spam / Junk folder. If you have a gmail account then check also you Promotional folder. If you still can't find your order confirmation number, don't worry, just email us your name and we will find it for you.
Q. What accessories can I add?
A. You can add any accessories you want. Have a look at our pre-made angels for inspiration. Accessories include hats, scarves, glasses, handbags, jewelry, name tags, hearts, welcome sign, pompons, stars, birds etc. You can add as many as you want.
Q. Can I have a name added to my angel?
A. Of course! You can request to have a name or any other phrases such as Welcome, Home Sweet Home, I love you, etc. embroidered on the clothes, handbag, heart etc.
Q. When will I receive my personalised angel?
A. It may take us from 2-5 weeks to source all the materials, special accessories, make the angel and ship it to you. But it will be worth the wait!
Q. What photograph do you need?
A. Ideally a good quality one where we can see a person from head to toes. Angel's outfit, hair, skin tone, accessories will be made based on the photograph. Of course additional accessories and requirements will also be included as per your request.
Q. Do you make male angel dolls too?
A. Absolutely! Yes!
